I don't see any package for executive apartment or maisonette.

We only post some of our most popular packages online. For executive apartments, maisonettes, studios, penthouses, offices, shop space, and other commercial contexts, send us your floor plan and a brief work description and we'll prepare an initial quotation. EA/EM packages are now available — we can share details on request.

Why is your price lower than most quotes I've checked elsewhere?

Four reasons:

  • We are not GST-registered. On a $30,000+ package, that's $2,000+ saved instantly.
  • Minimal advertising spend. Most of our work comes from referrals and online prospects; the saved budget is passed to customers.
  • No "free gifts" baked into package pricing.
  • Our prices are publicly listed online for full transparency.
Is the price on your website still applicable?

Yes — provided you take the package as listed. Minor variations may produce minor adjustments.

What information do I need to provide for a quotation?

Where possible: a floor plan; a contactable number for clarifications; description of property size (studio, 3-room, 4-room flat etc.); photo if relevant; deadlines; preferred materials; specific dimensions if known; household size (it informs bathroom, kitchen, and wardrobe design); and your working budget.

What if I don't have a floor plan?

A floor plan helps us price flooring, kitchen cabinets, and windows accurately. Without one, an on-site measurement gives the most accurate quote. Otherwise, describe your property type (e.g., 4-room flat) and total floor area.

What if I urgently need a quotation and can't wait?

How long does a quotation take?

Allow 5 to 7 working days. Priority is given to customers who include their contactable number and arrange for a joint site evaluation.

I'm not comfortable sharing my contact or arranging an on-site quote. Will I be obligated to engage your services afterward?

We respect your privacy — your details stay with us and are used only to handle your enquiry. The on-site evaluation itself is zero-commitment; if you decide not to engage us afterward, no charge applies and we appreciate the opportunity to have spoken with you.

Do I need to disclose my budget?

Sharing a budget makes it easier for us to scope the right package. If a budget isn't fixed, sharing material preferences (ceramic vs marble flooring, plywood vs solid wood, marble top, etc.) helps us scope effectively.

Does your work come with a warranty?

All our renovation work carries a 24-month warranty.

Do I have to pay anything if I decide not to use your services?

No. We value the opportunity to have shown you our work. If you decide not to engage us, we'd appreciate feedback on what we could improve.

Do you only specialize in HDB renovation?

We post our most popular HDB packages online but our full scope spans executive apartments, maisonettes, private residential (studios through penthouses), offices, shop spaces, and specialised commercial fit-outs (fitness centres, hair salons, wellness boutiques, private schools).

I can't find a package that matches what I need — can you help?

Yes. Send us a request with your floor plan, a brief description of work, and a contactable number, and we'll scope a custom package.

Is there an online portfolio I can review?

We respect client privacy and don't display home projects without explicit permission. We're happy to arrange an on-site visit to recently-completed work where circumstances permit.
